How to Calculate Inverter for Home
Calculating the right inverter for your home is crucial to ensure reliable power supply during outages. Our calculator simplifies this process.
- Enter your home’s power consumption in kW.
- Enter the power factor (usually between 0.7 and 0.95).
- Select the inverter type.

The calculator uses the formula: Inverter Size (kVA) = Power Consumption (kW) / Power Factor. It then adjusts for the inverter type’s efficiency.
